- Ask for list of skills, availability, location, ability and willingness to travel
- Recruit Groks (aka Biz Analyst, Project Manager, 1st Contact person (what do you call this person?))
- We need teams of first responders in major cities around the world.
- Should know what is possible (even if they do not know how)
- Should be able to speak Geek and Human
- Set-up training for Groks
- Set-up training conferences
- Expand wiki to include how-to info on:
- How to help non-profits think outside the box
- How to write a Request for Proposal
- How to work with bureaucracy
- How to handle conflict
- Register as a 501c3 - we need to be able to differentiate what we do.
